Rachel Maddow is on target - she explains why we should be more concerned about Rush Limbaugh's ignorance than his meanness because it's not just Rush, Mitt Romney doesn't understand birth control, and it seems that neither do a whole bunch of decision makers - yet they keep playing doctor on the issue.
